Felipe Pantone [b.1986, Buenos Aires] is fascinated by the speed of images. In his work he seeks to provoke collisions between the tactile and analog images of the past and the rapid and digitized images of the present, with the aim of generating images for the future. As a young graffiti artist, Pantone traveled the world, creating enormous murals, covered in explosive colors and kinetic patterns, to shape public space to his will. Since then, he has developed his own kinetic and colorful language that sets him apart, and in which he combines the speed of his graffiti spray cans with the possibilities of new technologies such as the Internet and social networks. The result is a seductive and ultra-fast visual language. Everything is connected in this hybrid form between contemporary technology and analog painting: from the liberal application of color, light and movement in his murals, to the transformation of a sneaker.
In Prospectiva , Pantone shows works of art that, with the help of their colorful and kinetic visual language, allow you to infinitely imagine the future.
